Faith Formation for Children
During worship each week, our children gather for "Worship Circle," a developmentally appropriate interactive experience where they engage in Scripture and the Christian Tradition through art, music, movement, and prayer.
Contemplative Communion
A gathering for silent and spoken prayer on Thursdays at noon.
Second Hour and Evening Adult Education
Offered periodically throughout the year, often in conjunction with the seasons of Advent and Lent. Second Hour is usually in person, while Evening Adult Ed is typically virtual.
Faith Formation... Through Arts and Literature
Exploration of Art and Spirit
Focuses on the intersection of Worship and the Arts.
Choir
The FCC Choir has a mix of members from the range of professional singers to "in the shower when nobody is home" singers. The choir rehearses Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. for the seasons of Advent and Lent. A member of the choir often serves as a Cantor to lead the congregation in singing during Sunday morning worship.
Book Group
An opportunity to gather with a group of faithful readers for a time of conversation and question-raising. Meets Wednesdays at 1 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.
